You will pay a total of $400 upfront. When your new injector shows up, you’ll take the box it came in, put your old injector in it, and send that dirty, old part back to us here at Superior Diesel Companies in Detroit.When we get it, you should be credited back the $100 core charge, thus making your net payment only $300. It’s a monetary incentive to get your old part. Question: How do I pay my core charge?Answer: After making your purchase, our team will message you with a link to the form we utilize to receive core payments. We will ship your purchase after receiving confirmation of your core payment. Question: How do I return my core? Answer: Please return all cores to 3745 Central Street Detroit, MI 48210. In order to receive full core credit, your core(s) must be returned within 90 days from the day of purchase. Cores must be returned physically intact, in rebuildable condition to receive full core credit. Disassembled and/or damaged cores (fire damage, broken plugs/solenoids, damaged threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will not be eligible for credit. Cores returned must be like-for-like (out the same model engine as the replacement parts ordered.)Core return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Question: When will I receive my core credit?Answer: Once we receive your core shipment, our team will inspect your core to ensure it is in rebuildable condition. After passing inspection, we will refund your core charge. It may take 3-5 business days to see this credit reflected on your account. Core charges will be paid upfront before order shipment unless customer returns cores prior to order shipment. Credit will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for freight charges involved in returning core. All cores must be returned in its original packaging. Core must be in off-engine condition. All cores are subject to Superior Diesel Companies inspection and any core deemed broken, rusted, disassembled, etc. may not receive full credit. All orders must be received before 2pm ET Monday-Friday to be eligible for same day shipping. All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE UPS Ground shipping in the Continental U.S. (1- 5 business days). All warranty claims are subject to Superior Diesel Companies approval. Installation of remanufactured injectors from Superior Diesel Companies after purchase is evidence of customer’s agreement to all terms stated here. Warranty covers any and all defects created during the remanufacture process and any products utilized or replaced in the remanufacture process of purchased Superior Diesel Company products only. Tampering, contamination, improper installation, or any external influence contributing to product failure, unrelated to Superior Diesel Companies remanufacturing process, will void any warranty. Superior Diesel Companies are solely responsible to deem any product “warrantable”. Superior Diesel Companies MUST have any suspect product returned in original packaging, off-engine condition, and completely untampered. All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back to Superior Diesel Companies. All freight costs involved in shipping warranted return are the responsibility of the customer. RMA authorization may be obtained via messaging. Some troubleshooting of poor performance issues may be required before receiving number. All products returned to Superior Diesel Companies will be subject to a full product inspection, investigation and testing if necessary. Any product that is found to be warrantable by Superior Diesel Companies is eligible for full replacement or product credit using the original purchase method.
