Here’s a Nice Medium Format camera KIT that is in Excellent Condition except for three small issues that don’t keep it from working. It’s a Mamiya 645 Pro TL Medium Format FILM Camera with a 150mm Mamiya-Sekor C f/3.5 Lens, Prism View Finder, a 120 and 220 Film Back (two back shells, two different inserts, one darkslide), Power Winder Grip AND Bag (it still has room for another lens or a flash). It’s Not 100% mint condition— it has some expected cosmetic marks from use— a few nicks, scuffs, tiny scratches but is otherwise quite nice. The various mechanical and picture taking functions seem to work well as far as I can tell, except there are three things worth noting… but they don’t totally impede function—- 1— There is only One dark slide for the Two backs, so you’ll have to do some juggling or get another darkslide, since the back unit won’t detach from the body without a darkslide in place. But film can still be loaded and unloaded if there isn’t a darkslide in place, because the insert comes out without detaching the back. 2— The battery cover on the bottom is missing, so a piece of tape is covering the compartment and holds the battery in place— so it still allows for the battery to do it’s job. 3—The lens glass is very clean— clear all the way with no scratches or fog, or cleaning marks, not even many dust specs. But there is a little dead insect that is floating around between a couple of the lens elements— how he got in there is a mystery— but he falls out of the way with a little jiggle. So aside from those three things— it seems good to go, although I have not extensively tested it with film and gotten it developed. But with some dummy film— it shoots and winds and everything seems to work and there is no other damage that I see, except for normal wear & tear. The shutter works fine, all the speeds up and down the scale— even down to 8 seconds. They have not been «bench tested» or measured for accuracy, but they sound/look good. The lens aperture moves nicely, is clean with no oil. The film backs wind smoothly and looking in the viewfinder it’s bright and clean. So consider it used and in 99% working condition—- but Uncertain if perfectly, and it’s in Nice Cosmetic condition— priced at a bit of a bargain. But I can’t «Bench Test» every thing to factory specs and unless it’s Brand New… I can’t guarantee that every single aspect may be Perfect— especially when it’s a 30-40 year old mechanical item. Any significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge, and I try to be detailed and truthful, but I can’t describe every every millimeter of it.
